She was predeceased by: her grandmother Mary Waldenville. She is survived by: her husband James McAfoose of Kittanning; her children, David Fox (Nichole Shaffer) of Whitesburg and Trisha Leisure (Nathan Leisure) of Ford City; her granddaughter Abigail Fox; and her siblings, Annie Johnston, Grant Miller, Larry "Bud" Miller, James Miller, Okie Miller and Rich Miller.
