Flick; her children, Kohl, Vickie White (Robert) of Butler, PA and Beverly Ferraro of Bridgeville, PA; her grandchildren, Robert White (Kristen) of Butler, PA, Lee Ann Formaini (Damon) of Kittanning, PA, Gina Lienert (John) of Coraopolis, PA and Anthony Ferraro (Monica) of Sarver, PA; her great grandchildren, Ava, Alec, Max Formaini, Gianna, Lydia, Mikayla Ferraro, Adalyn Lienert and Livia Lienert; her stepgrandson Matthew Salina; her brother James Earnest Sage Wagner (Joan) of Carlisle, PA; and her friend Olive "Jane".
