She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert L. Stivason and Joanna Stivason (Slagle); and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Davis, Janet Bernaky, Arthur Riggle and Dennis Spanedda.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene A. Riggle; her children, Emily Hilles (Paul) and Adam Riggle (Jessica) of Kittanning; her grandchildren, Madison, Luke Crossley, Lily, Isla Riggle and Sophia Hilles; her stepgrandchildren, Matthew and Breeawna Hilles; her sisters, Karen Spanedda, Lynn Murray, Leslie Bittner (Jack) and Ellen Nixon (Doug); and her sister-in-law Nancy Porterfield (James). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that contributions be made in Mindy's memory to Harvest Church, 143 Reed Road, Kittanning, PA 16201.
