He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie C. Toy, and Merle Toy, Sr.; his sisters, Erma Heilman and Delores Bowser; and his grandson Justin Toy.
He is survived by: his wife Willa S. Toy (Shaffer); his children, Lee A. Toy (Teresa) of Worthington, Lynn A. Toy (Darla) of Worthington, Lisa A. Toy Boltz (Scott) of Butler and Lana M. Toy Crownover (Eric) of Rural Valley; his grandchildren, Heather Wright (Roy), Erica Boltz (Mike), Christopher Boltz, Brittany Lynch (Josh), Breanna Haley (Todd), Jillian Jack, Lance Toy and Evan Toy; his great grandchildren, Chloey, Autumn, Dalson, Caden, Braden, Raegan, Channing, Kaylee, Claire, Harper, Owen, Jonathan, Scarlett and Landon; his great great grandchildren, Oaklee and Tommy; and his sister Illene Thompson of Butler.
