It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin J. Cogley Jr. in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Effie E. (Smith) and Melvin J. Cogley Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Dianna (Cogley); his nephews, Cory Weibel (Colleen) of Pittsburgh and Cody Weibel; his daughter Kristen Metcalf (Robert) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; and his niece Jennifer Weibel. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
