She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hartman and Verna Hartman; her husband Chambers Claypoole; her son-in-law Daniel Sample; and her siblings, Tommy and Eleanor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Sample, Donna Shuttleworth (Harry) and Kathy Toy (Gregory); her grandchildren, Jarrod Toy (Mandy), Nathan Shuttleworth (Mindy), Adam Shaw (Sonja), Amber Christopher (Jim), Hillary Brown (Bill) and Charity Chacalos (Steve); and her sisters, Jean, Edie, Esther, Pauline and Karen. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mary Etta's honor to the Concordia Lutheran Ministries, Oertal Building, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
