He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Clark and Gloria Clark; his uncles, Art Wolfe and Mel Gaggini; and his aunt Peg Gaggini.

He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Kayla, Brandon (Larissa), Heather, Kelly (John Michael) and Hillary; his grandchildren, Kam, Mattelynn, Mason, Ella and Dev; and his siblings, Melissa Stitt (Denny), Fred Clark (Penny) and Michael Clark (Barb). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
