She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence L. Toy and Nellie W. Toy; her brothers, Joseph Toy and Clarence "Sonny" Toy; and her siblings-in-law, George Crissman, Harold Fleming, Charles McCoy, Earl Schrecengost, Avanelle Crissman, Lois Ament and Ruth Fleming.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill Skinner; her daughters, Melissa Adams and Paula Amaranto (Mark); her grandchildren, Alysha Gallagher (Andy), Kyle Adams, Jessica McClain, Brittany Adams and Iannico Amaranto; her great grandchildren, Adelynn Gallagher and Ailey Gallagher; and her siblings, Margaret "Peg" McCoy, Kathy BeHanna (David), Vicky Luger (Regis), Robert Toy (Dixie) and Clifford Toy Jr. (Chris).
