She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hankey and Thelma Hankey (Wilhelm); her spouse Thomas J. Febinger; her siblings, Lillian Remaley, Helen Haley and William Hankey; and her son-in-law Ricky Goepfert.
She is survived by: her pets, Luna, Poppy and Hallmark; her children, Thomas E. Febinger (Deborah) of Kittanning, Donna Shaffer (Bruce) of Kittanning, Lori Goepfert of Kittanning, Beverly Fyock (Ron) of Worthington and Connie Berry (Dan) of Worthington; her grandchildren, Corey (Christina Jackson), Kylie Shaffer, Jason Febinger (Vanessa Moneymaker), Angie McKain (Ben), Nikki Fyock (Lee Crissman), Adam Berry, Mallori and Mikayla Goepfert; her great grandchild Kaleb McKain; and her brother Ernest Hankey of Kittanning. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Downe Syndrome Clinic at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, the Alzheimer's Association, or the Union Avenue United Methodist Church.
