He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Tiss and Gladys Tiss (Woodwell); and his brother Kenneth Tiss. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Grubb (John) of Lower Burrell; and his nephews, Richard Grubb of Arlington and William Grubb (Danielle) of Augusta, Georgia..
Burial will be private. Please be prepared to follow all CDC guidelines in regards to wearing of a face covering and social distancing.
