He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim, Jean Smouse, William and Ethel Atwood. He is survived by: his parents, Tom Atwood and Rae Atwood (Smouse); his pet Mercedes; and his brother Bo Atwood. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug & Alcohol Commission Inc. or a recovery center of your choice.
