He is survived by: his children, Cindy Lockwood of Beaumont, TX, Craig Smail (Donna) of Middleboro, MA and Dave Smail (Jean) of Odenton, MD; his sister Donna Miller of Ford Cliff; his close friend Dorothy Picardi of Kittanning; his stepdaughter Kayla Cornish Stull of Kittanning; his grandchildren, Christopher Price of Houston, TX, Evan Smail, Micah Ryan of Beaumont, TX, Lauren Mani of Greensboro, NC, Luke Stull of Kittanning and Max Stull of Kittanning; and his great grandchildren, Emmaleigh Munroe of Middleboro, MA and Curtis Munroe of Middleboro, MA..
Ken was a proud supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, so in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude's.
