She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Hollobaugh and Fred Zaugg; and her father-in-law Bill. She is survived by: her husband Steven Kitzmiller; her children, Stacy Tarr (Rick) of Kittanning and Jaron Herbert of Kittanning; her grandchildren, Katie Keim of Apollo, Ricky Tarr (Kayla) of Adrian and Zack Tarr (Heather) of Kittanning; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Lilly, Westin, Ryan, Chloe and Blake; her siblings, Mary Ann Johns (Bill), Terri Hollobaugh, Melissa Lichanec (Joe), Ed Hollobaugh, Walter Hollobaugh (Dump), Tom Hollobaugh (Joyce) and Rob Hassa (Gina); her mother-in-law Louise Kitzmiller; and her pet Baxter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Judy's honor to Good Samaritan Hospice, 134 Marwood Rd., Cabot, PA 16023.
