She is survived by: her children, Beth Stivason (Joe) of McGrann, PA, Jim "Burr" Emminger of Kittanning, PA, Pam Emminger of Kittanning, PA, Penny Cogley (Chuck) of Kittanning, PA and Doug Emminger (Theresa) of Conway, SC; and her grandchildren, Courtney, Zach, Nick, McKenzie Cogley, Ashley Rocco, Jesse, Tanner Stivason, Jacob, Jordan Emminger, Jamie, Philip, Nathan, Isaac, Andrew Emminger and Sarah Emminger.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Judy's name to the Richard G. Laube Cancer Center at ACMH, Orphans of the Storm, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
