She was predeceased by: her mother Georgia Bowers (Richard L. Lowry). She is survived by: her children, Sharon Rupert (Scott) of Lower Burrell and Richard Lowry (Michelle) of Worthington; her grandchildren, W. Andrew Rupert (Ellison) of Pittsburgh, Elizabeth McMann (Jason) of Lower Burrell, Richard A. Lowry (Paula) of Sarver and William J. Lowry (Alayna) of Pittsburgh; and her great grandchildren, James, Madison McMann and Callan Lowry.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joyce's honor to the Orphans of the Storm Animal Shelter at P.O. Box 838, Kittanning, PA 16201.
