She is survived by: her children, Joseph A. Hagofsky (Sherri) of Kittanning, Kathryn M. Hagofsky of Kittanning and Carolyn E. Smith (Larry) of Kittanning; her grandchildren, Kristin Meighan (Donald), Joseph D. Hagofsky (Sarah) and Hannah Dixon (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Mila Meighan, Grace Meighan, Joelle Hagofsky, Reece Dixon and Janessa Hagofsky; and her sister Donna Higginson.
