He is survived by: his wife Judy Atwood (Cogley) of Kittanning; his children, Marci Atwood of Kittanning, Theresa McMaster (Chance Jones) of Kittanning, Joseph Atwood Jr. of Kittanning, Dr. Daniel Atwood of Las Vegas, Kirk Atwood (Jessica) of Erie and J. Charlie Atwood (Jenny) of Kittanning; his grandchildren, Kyle Atherton (Stephanie), Jesse McMaster (Gayle), Jacob McMaster (Amber), Lauren Montgomery (Mark), Jaret Atwood, Oggie Atwood, Toby Atwood, Cyrus Atwood and Ava Atwood; his siblings, Jack Atwood (Judy) of Indianapolis, Don Atwood (Luann Croyle) of Kittanning, Carol Stanley (Dan) of East Liverpool and Greg Atwood (Joyce) of Mansfield; and his siblings-in-law, Zelma Atwood of Streetsboro, Nancy Davis of Sugarcreek Township, Jim Cogley (Sharon) and Chuck Cogley (Penny) of Kittanning. He is also survived by 6 children, before having 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, his 8 great grandchildren.
