He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Eugene and Lucille Jane Wingard (Kammerdeiner); and his sister Mary Wingard. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Louise Wingard of Kittanning; his brothers, Edward Wingard, David Eugene Wingard, Larry Wingard and David Christopher Wingard; his daughters, Elizabeth Cheng (Paul) of Ann Arbor, Katherine Dossous (Jimmy) of Geneva and Jennifer Hershey (Benjamin) of Butler; and his grandchildren, Emily, Nathan, Lucille, Sophie Cheng, Austin Dossous and Ephraim Hershey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in John's honor to Child Evangelism Fellowship.
