She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin L. McCready and Ann G. McCready (Katanchick); her husband Dr. David H. Kohl; her brother Edwin L. McCready III; and her pet Mimi.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle L. Wurzer (Tim) of New Castle, Wendell Steven Davis (Wendy) of Greensburg and Christian T. Davis (Dawn) of Ford City; her stepchildren, Kristina Yankell (Morris) of Morristown, NJ, David C. Kohl of Kittanning, Paul M. Kohl (Traci) of Philadelphia and John H. Kohl (Karen) of York; her grandchildren, Jan Conner Koss, Josh Yankell, Madeline Yankell, Anna Davis, Julia Davis, Kathryn Cousins (Dallas), Kofi Kohl, Kai Kohl, Jared Kohl, Harris Kohl and Alexandra Kohl; her brother George S. McCready (Gina) of Pearland, TX; and her pet Lu Lu. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
