Jane I. Picard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane I. Picard (Kittanning, Pennsylvania), born in Cadogan, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 16, 2019 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel McKnight and Sarah Eleanor Smith (Raybuck); her husband Dr. Albert E. Picard Sr.; her brothers, Edward, Harry and Dale Smith; and her sister-in-law Adeline Smith.
She is survived by: her son Albert E. Picard Jr. (Judith) of Manorville; her grandchildren, Janet Louise Prusasky (Stephen) of Home, Jeff Prusasky (Tina) of Home and Becky Prusasky of Indiana; and her sisters-in-law, Marge Smith of Brockway and Genevieve Smith of Minnesota.
