He is survived by: his children, James Michael Jack (Cathy) of Ohio, Marcia Williamson (Kevin) of Kittanning and Bill Jack (Carla) of Bruin; his grandchildren, Megan McKee (Ryan), Amanda Dunn (Chris), Halli Jack, Bethany Williamson, Kayla Bell (Kane), Taylor Jack (Jess), Addie Jack and Maisie Jack; and his great grandchildren, Abby, Natalie Dunn, Waylon, Westin Bell, Emersyn, Oaklynn McKee, Tucker, Harper McMahon and Jhett Jack.
