It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Newton Farster of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Dwight Farster and Mary Margaret Farster (Lamison); his brother Timothy R. Farster; his mother-in-law Barbara J. Rosenberger; and his grandparents, Herbert L. Farster, Pansy M. Farster (Neal), James N. Lamison and Minnie Grace Lamison (Milliron).
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline K. Farster (Rosenberger) of Kittanning; his children, Ryan L. Farster (Heidi Sharp) of Kittanning, Nathan Farster (Ashley Smith) of Butler, Kristin Farster of Leesburg, VA and Nickolas Farster (Josie Delacour) of Adrian; his grandchildren, Cody Cox (Cassandra Westover) of Goheenville, Kaylyn Farster, Lucas Farster, Norah Farster, Adelaide Farster, Emery Farster, Finnley Farster, Oliver Farster and Kit Farster; his great grandchild Amara Cox; his uncle Dennis Lamison of Kittanning; and his siblings, Robert A. Farster (Janet F. Piper) of Kittanning and Patricia H. Carnes of Perkasie, PA. He is also survived by spouses, and many well-loved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any gifts to offset funeral expenses be given to Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home.
