He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Bowser and Twila Bowser (Hetrick); his sister Shirley; his brother-in-law Jim Bowser; his brother Donald Bowser; and his brother-in-law Ned Van Horne.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bowser; his sisters, Esther Van Horne of Pymatuning, Myrna Whitlinger (Bill) of Apollo and Phyllis Cook (Frank Yucci); his sister-in-law Lucia Bowser of Kittanning; his brothers, Paul Bowser (Delores) of Warren, OH and Larry "Duke" Bowser (Jenny) of Leeper, PA; his children, Kim Delp (Jeff) of Kittanning and Mike Grafton (Patty) of Worthington; his grandchildren, Tara, Calla, Ian, Matthew, Brennan and Lucas; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Addie.
