He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Leroy "Sonny" Toy. He is survived by: his mother Mary "Mimi" Toy; his wife Jennifer Susan Spangler; his children, Ryan (Samantha Tougas), Cody, Carly and Jesse Toy; his siblings, Curtis Toy (Pamela), Michele Bush (Arthur), Keith Toy (Michelle) and Mary "Cricket" Toy; and his niece Chloe Noelle Toy. He is also survived by brother and sister in-laws, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins.
