She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Pivetta; and her grandson Zachary David Samosky. She is survived by: her children, John Pivetta (Kimberly) and Debbie Gina Samosky; and her grandchildren, Dayna Lynn Pivetta, Taylor Joseph Pivetta, Jace Joseph Samosky and Jara Holland Samosky.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made in Gina's honor to the Orphans of the Storm Animal Shelter at 11867 State Route 85, Kittanning, PA 16201.
