He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Leavens (Slagle) of Kittanning; his children, Annie Jean Hooten (Adam) of Kittanning, Valerie Brevell (Josh) of Idaho and Andrew Sibble (Leslie) of Butler; and his grandchildren, Madison, Olivia, Ava, Jace and Wyatt.
