She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Hake and LaVerne Hake; her sister Gay John; her siblings-in-law, Bob John and Lorma Hake; and her stepson Danny DeMattie.
She is survived by: her husband Edward DeMattie of Kittanning; her stepchildren, Louis DeMattie (Denise) of Brooklyn, Ohio and Theresa Sterpka (Bob) of Phoenix, Arizona; her siblings, William Hake of Kittanning and Bonnie Bowser (Joseph) of Worthington; her nephews, Terry John (Elizabeth) of Cowansville and Clayton John (Cindy) of Claysburg; and her niece Kimberly Yankosky (John) of Ford City.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Richard G. Laube Cancer Center or First United Methodist Church in Kittanning.
