He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tarr and Elizabeth Tarr (Rice). He is survived by: his wife Milly Tarr; his sons, Franklin Tarr (Pam) of Texas and Terry Tarr (Rebecca) of Texas; his stepsons, Lee Grafton (Jamie) of Kittanning and David Grafton (Tori Verner) of Ford City; and his sisters, Patricia River of New Brighton and Joyce Pirchinello of Ambridge. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
