He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Silvis and Ruth I. Silvis (Bowser); his wife Lois R. Silvis (Jamieson); his siblings, Robert, Lee, Rodney Silvis, Irene Stevens and Lucille Kepple; and his stepgreat-grandson Levi Grafton.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Silvis (Peggy) of Shelocta, Sue Boyer (Jim) of Ford City and Lori McIntire (Ken Uplinger) of Kittanning; his siblings, Dale Silvis (Sara) of Apollo, Carol Smith (John) of South Bend, Beverly Troutman (Leonard) of Shelocta, Ann Hollis (Butch) of Apollo and Sandra Frailey (Ron) of Gastown; his grandchildren, Brandi Hayes (Chris), Courtney Grafton (Cory), Jeremy Silvis (Amanda), Danny Young III, Lacy Hubner (Bob) and Laura McIntire; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Devin Hayes, Nova, Tyler Silvis, Danny Young IV, Bennett and Carter Hubner; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Michaela Grafton, Taven, Kylee Puckett, Nathaniel and Bentley Grafton; and his siblings-in-law, Delores Wadding (Marvin) of Kittanning and Gary Jameson (Virginia) of Kittanning. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren.
