He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Faulkner and Lida I. Faulkner (Klingensmith); his siblings, Bertha Faulkner, James Faulkner (Alberta) and Louise Faulx (George); his brother-in-law Lawson Peters (Ford); his nephews, Larry Peters (Linda) and Ronald Faulkner (Ron); and his cousins, Jean Strouse (Faulkner) and Joy Carlson (Faulkner).
He is survived by: his sister Frances Peters (Boots) of South Carolina; his brother-in-law Kenneth G. Faulx (Carol) of Ford City; his nieces and nephews, Dennis, Denise, Wilma Lee Koeller (Arthur), Nancy Holben (Ed), Richard Faulkner (Dorothy) and Gary Faulkner of Oregon; and his cousin Wendy Strouse Watt.
