He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Higham and Opal Higham (Harden); and his wife Joyce E. Higham. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Higham of Dayton, OH and Jennifer Higham (Charity Edwards) of West Milton, OH; his caregiver Freeport; his siblings, Woody Higham (Joyce) of Ocala, FL and Ree Jackson (Gary) of Apollo Beach, FL; and his close friends, Ada Cashin of Kittanning, PA and Pug Barney.
