She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold B. McIntire and N. Luella McIntire Carnahan (Anderson); her former husband Mason E. Gearhart; and her husband William J. Hawk. She is survived by: her children, Larry E. Gearhart (Betsey Brogan), Judy Fulmer (Randy) of Elderton and Deborah Davidson of Harrisville; her granddaughter Rachel R. Fulmer-Wirt (Joshua); her great grandchild Reagan Wirt; and her sister S. Norita Toy of Indiana.
