He was predeceased by: his brothers, Huddy and Richard Hooks. He is survived by: his wife Robin Hooks (Quinn) of Kittanning; his children, Jennifer Porter (Bob) of Kittanning, Brooke (Tony) of Akron, Ohio and Justin (Krista) of Creighton; his grandchildren, Jillian (Cam) of Kittanning and Ben of Slippery Rock; and his siblings, James Hooks (Laverne) of Florida, Mary Ruth Baker (Stuart) of Florida and Rose Hayes (Ernie) of Dayton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
