She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Shaffer and Ruth Shaffer (Procious); her husband Clarence "Hap" Cornish (Hap); and her siblings, Emogene Corman, Kenneth and Jack Shaffer.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Kimmel (Alfred) of Shelocta, Rodger Cornish (Betty) of Bethlehem and David Cornish (Charlotte Wells) of Kittanning. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
