She was predeceased by: her parents, George McVay and Ruth McVay; her husband Thomas Cogley; her sister Marie; and her brother-in-law Bob Everhart.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Klingensmith (Kevin) of Kittanning and Barbara Shaffer (Richard) of Kittanning; her grandchildren, Nicole Hereda (Ted) of Lower Burrell, PA, Ricky Shaffer (Emily) of Kittanning, Donna Ho (Randy) of Kittanning, Christopher Klingensmith of Kittanning, Matthew Klingensmith (Yaika) of Nashville, TN and Jennifer Klingensmith of Kittanning; and her sister Ruthie McIntyre (Don) of Kittanning.
