She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank O'Leath and Sontina Racioppio O'Leath; and her brother Richard O'Leath. She is survived by: her brothers, Frank O'leath of Cheswick and Joseph O'Leath (Nancy) of Penn Hills. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
