He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Helman and Dorothy E. Helman (Stiles); and his sister Patricia J. Wetzel. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Helman of Indiana and Andrew Helman (Trisha); his grandchildren, Caleb, Aubreanna, Tucker and Raelyn Helman; and his siblings, Lois Baun, Roberta Hayes and James E. Helman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
