He is survived by: his wife Betty Jack; his children, Harvey Jack of Kittanning, Janine Muir (Brian) of Kittanning and Joan Rodriquez (Joe) of Moon Twp; his grandchildren, Jared Jack (Kayla) of Kittanning, Evan Jack (Shannon) of Kittanning, Janessa Shriver (Jesse) of Kittanning, Jalissa Jacobs (Greg) of York, Selea Rodriquez of Moon Twp and Seanna Rodriquez of Moon Twp; his great grandchildren, Garrett, Alyna Jack, Nixon, Cullen Jack, Eli and Spencer Jacobs; his sisters, Pauline Fichthorn (late James) of Kittanning and Lola Buchan (Doug) of Kittanning; and his brother-in-law Rev. William Morgan Jr. (Jane) of Florida.
