She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Fouse (Eckman) and Donald Fouse. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Shelkey of Kittanning, Billie Jean Fouse of Apollo and David; her daughter-in-law Heather Shelkey of Bruin; and her siblings, Darlene Fouse of Avonmore, Kenneth (Patty Fouse) and Rodney Fouse of Vandergrift. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
