He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Myers and Jenny Myers (Myers); his wife Brandy Elois Myers; and his sisters, Alvina Polka, Reta Klingensmith, Eleanor Shellhammer and Elsie Reed.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Paul Reed of Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and close friends.
