He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan B. Crissman and Cora Mae Crissman (Lockhart); and his siblings, Katherine "Kaye" Shoemaker, Betty E. McCaslin and Fred Crissman.

He is survived by: his brother Larry Crissman of Kittanning. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
