He is survived by: his wife Sonia Hooks (Hornberger) of Kittanning; his children, Richard Hooks of Panama, Sally Martin (John) of Kittanning, Curtis Hooks (Kelly) of Virginia and Mary Simmons (Scott) of Ford City; his siblings, George Hooks (Dori) of Adrian and Clarabell Dodson (Dex) of Saxonburg; his grandchildren, Dillion Hooks of Costa Rica, Alyssa Martin of Strongsville, OH, Cameron Martin of Kittanning, Justin Wolfe of Kittanning, Eric Wolfe (Haley) of Kittanning, Carli Simmons of Ford City, Nicholas Hooks and Keagen Swindells of Virginia; and his great grandchild Ayden Wolfe of Kittanning.
