Hooks (Trulick); his children, Kevin Charles Hooks, Kerry Marie Hooks and Chad Richard Hooks (Samantha Dick); his granddaughters, Tanna Hooks and Sloan Hooks; and his siblings, Michael Hooks (Nancy), Linda Pella, William Joseph Hooks (Leslie), Frances Atwood (Gary), James Hooks (Sandy) and Betty Jean Cornish (Rodger).
