She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Gainsvor and Carrie Gainsvor (Imler); her brothers, Ron Miller of Johnstown and James Miller (Denise) of Hawaii; and her husband Harold Scott Fox.
She is survived by: her daughter Carrie Fox of Kittanning; and her sister Cindy Gromley of Johnstown. She is also survived by numerous step brothers and sisters.
