With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carla A. Smith of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, born in Brookville, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her father Carl L. Schreckengost of Putneyville; her step-nephew Dusty; and her former husband William Smith. She is survived by: her mother Charlotte R. Huffman-Schreckengost; her sisters, Pam, Kate, Bridget and Holly; and her nieces and nephews, Bryona, Michaela, Dustin, Timothy and Waylon. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her family suggests memorial donations be made in her memory to either the Diabetes Association or Orphans of the Storm.
