We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Cade Costigan of Kittanning, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann Graff; and his grandmother Linda Koffman. He is survived by: his father Greg Costigan; his sister Desiree Lasher (Brandon); his nephews, Hunter and Hayden Lasher; his uncle Donald Koffman Jr. (Carla); his aunts, Kathy Shankle (Jason) and Crystal Spreng (Henry); and his cousins, Adon, Adalynn, Aveigha Koffman, Chelsy, Cessna, Griffen Stoner, Tyler, Zach, Elly Shankle, Henry, Melissa Spreng, Amber and Brody Kovacs.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses or to a GoFundMe account set up for Cade.
