We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2022, at the age of 96, Betty Lou Rupert of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Homer R. Bowser and Cecilia G. Bowser (Cunningham); her adoptive father Ted LaSitis; her grandchildren, Ava, Bailey, Owen and Brady Barton; her husband Glenn Robert Rupert; and also, Debbie LaSitis of West Kittanning, Brian Barton (Jennifer) and Todd Barton (Julie).
