She was predeceased by: her stepfather Clarence Kunkle; and her brothers, Donald Boarts and Richard "Herschel" Boarts. She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Adams of Kittanning; her children, Robert Adams (Amanda Peace) of Ford City, Jeff Adams (Denise) of Kittanning and Jackie Erdley (Scott) of Kittanning; her grandchildren, Justin Erdley (Shauna), Jessica Stitt (Dylan), Shelby Adams, Colton Adams (Bri) and Logan Adams (Kristy); her great grandchildren, Deven Erdley, Madelyn Erdley, Ethan Stitt and Caleb Erdley; her siblings, Jerry Boarts (Carol) and LaWanna Rehak; her sister-in-law Patty Pistininzi; and her caregiver Nancy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
