She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul S. Starr and Ruth L. Starr (Bleakney); her husband Clinton H. Rosenberger; her son-in-law James S. Norris; and her brother Johnny Keith Starr.
She is survived by: her children, Paul E. Rosenberger (Marsha) of Kittanning, Randy C. Rosenberger of Kittanning, John R. Rosenberger (Dawn) of Phoenixville, PA, Anita L. Moser (Bruce) of Kittanning, Susan E. Norris of Kittanning and Valerie L. DeLuca (Paul) of Kittanning; her grandchildren, Kristy Nichole Gutherie (Donnie), Gary Paul Moser, Mandy Dawn Moser, Tracy Ann Moser, Amy Michelle Vause (Shawn), Jeremy Shawn DeLuca (Alyson), Nicholas Arick DeLuca (Shelly), Hannah Grace Rosenberger, Ryan Paul Rosenberger and Jack William Rosenberger; and her brother Relton (Starr). She is also survived by her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
