She was predeceased by: her mother Janet Crissman (Shriver); and her father-in-law Guy Lester. She is survived by: her father Arnold Crissman; her son John Lester; her siblings, Becky Rozic (Ray), Diana Adams, Mark Scott Crissman (Janell) and Mimi Erickson (Rick); her siblings-in-law, Guy Lester and Melissa Lumadue (Eric); and her mother-in-law Gloria Lester. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Amy also asked that in lieu of flowers please give someone a 20 second hug.
